Timber Frame Floor Plan Feature: The Lakeside

We have created 100's of timber frame floor plans over the years and used to feature many on our website that are no longer listed due to our new line of custom timber frame floorplans being featured on our site. We thought we would feature a timber frame home that was built a few years ago in Sunapee, New Hampshire. The Lakeside floor plan is a popular floorplan that we receive many requests for.

The Lakeside timber frame floor plan is perfect for a lakeside retreat or can be used on any lot looking to maximize the lot's best views.

The first floor plan offers plenty of room to entertain with its open and spacious layout. The timber frame great room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area open up to one another making this open concept floor plan easy to fall in love with. Off of the kitchen is a half bath, laundry area, den/guest area and a full bathroom. There is also a door leading to the garage off of the kitchen area lending to easy access.

The second floor plan features a spacious master bedroom suite with a full bathroom, along with two bedrooms and another bathroom. There is also a large recreation room located on the second floor.
