The Fernwood Point can be built with or without the finished basement plan. The finished basement adds an additional 1,300 SF to the 2,000 SF home. Finishing a basement can be a cost effective way to add living space to your new home. The basement plan is flexible and can be modified to suit your needs.

The first floor features an open great room, kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom suite is also located on the first floor. The plan also includes an attached two car garage.

New Hampshire Cottage Receives a Makeover

This past summer, Davis Frame Company completed a remodeling project for an existing cottage on a lake in New Hampshire. The remodeling project included adding dormers and a bump out, and expanding the second floor. Some timber framing was used and eSIPS insulated wall and roof panels were used for the remodel.
